Exhibition: Posters featuring JekerJazz

From Sunday 23 August, Boekhandel Dominicanen will be hosting a special exhibition featuring posters from JekerJazz. The festive opening will take place that day at 4.30 pm.

From Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October, the JekerJazz Festival will transform Maastricht’s historic city centre into one huge, vibrant music stage. Visitors can enjoy around 100 live performances across more than 40 stages and dozens of indoor and outdoor venues.

The programme features traditional and modern jazz, as well as blues, soul, Latin and funk. Local bars and restaurants will provide a stage for both established international artists and up-and-coming regional talent.

For the 2026 edition, JekerJazz is working closely with the Dutch Dance Days. A special kick-off event will take place on Thursday 8 October at the Theater aan het Vrijthof. This unique collaboration marks the festive conclusion of the Dutch Dance Days and the official start of the JekerJazz weekend.
