5 September 2026 – Where lupins once bloomed, people live in freedom

On 5 September, Jekerjazz Maastricht, with the support of the Kamp Westerbork Memorial Centre, is organising an afternoon of film and music centred on the theme ‘Where the lupins once bloomed’.
The film screening begins at 3.00 pm at the Waalse Kerk on Sint Pieterstraat. There is room for a maximum of 70 visitors, so once it’s full, it’s full.
Following this, the Marcus Reinhardt Ensemble will give a concert at Café Forum at 5.00 pm, with Roger Moreno as a guest musician.
Admission to the film screening and the concert is free.
